I called pro x on a Sunday my dryer was running very hot. Sam was here right on time he was very friendly and professional, he had my dryer running like new in little better then half hour and sent pic to show air flow was good. He gave 6mth guarante in writing. the dryer works great now. it was worth the cost & it's a flat rate
