We scheduled a dryer vent service on a Sunday night to take place today, Memorial Day. Sam came out, was extremely nice, professional, showed up at the time he communicated, and was finished in 30 minutes. 10 out 10 experience. They utilize special tools to clean out the vent, double and triple check the flow with cameras and tools before they leave. Highly recommended to anyone. Their booking was super easy too!

I never leave google reviews but was so pleased with my experience! my husband and i are a young couple on a budget, so we were hesitant about getting a carpet cleaning, but have had a lot of pet stains and odor and wanted the peace of mind of a fresh carpet. Pro-X had great pricing and next day availability! Sam was polite, on time, and finished cleaning our living room, bedroom, and hallway in under an hour. He also said he would come back and fix it for free if our hallway dried up weird (had lots of stains when we moved in). Thank you for a great and easy experience!
